Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of professional portrait of the modern state and municipal employee. The results of the author’s research professional frustrations state and municipal employee. The estimation reactions frustration modern officia l reactions to frustration factor «adaptation time in office». We analyze ability for social adaptation and official conduct of employees of state and municipal government.
